How should I send my cards?
In-person submissions can be made via our dedicated submission center at Evolution Games. You can also collect your cards from here once the service is complete.

Do I need an appointment?
We recommend getting in touch beforehand so we can make sure someone is available to receive your submission and discuss any requirements.
POSTING CARDS TO US?
Postal submission can be sent to the submission center address above. Please add customer details (Name, Contact, Service Req) and include them inside your package. Use protective sleeves, toploaders, and sturdy packaging. We strongly recommend tracked and insured postage.
How long does it take?
Turnaround times vary depending on demand and the work required. We’ll give you an estimate when you submit your card.
If you’re unsure whether restoration is right for your card, we’re happy to give honest advice—even if that means recommending you leave it as-is.
Do you return cards securely?
Yes—all return shipments are securely packaged, and tracked shipping options are available.
Can I get a quote before sending my card?
Absolutely. Send us clear photos and details, and we’ll give you an honest assessment and estimate.
Do you work on very high-value cards?
Yes, but we may discuss the risks with you in more detail first to make sure restoration is the right choice.
Do you authenticate cards?
No—we don’t verify authenticity. We assume all submitted cards are genuine.

Trading Card Restoration Disclaimer (UK)
By sending your trading card(s) to Max Revive for restoration, cleaning, or preservation, you agree to the following:
1. What Restoration Means
Our services include cleaning, crease reduction, edge, corner work, and surface improvements. Every card is different, and while we aim to improve appearance, results can vary and aren’t guaranteed.
2. Turnaround Times
Any turnaround times we provide are estimates and may change depending on workload or the condition of the card.
3. Grading & Value
We can’t guarantee any grading outcome from third-party companies (e.g. PSA, Beckett, CGC). We also don’t guarantee an increase in value.
6. Valuation
Please let us know the approximate value of your card(s) when submitting them. This helps ensure appropriate handling and return shipping.
7. Authenticity
We don’t authenticate cards. Sending an item to us doesn’t mean it’s verified as genuine.
10. Your Consumer Rights
Nothing in this disclaimer affects your rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
4. Risk Acknowledgment
All restoration work carries some level of risk. By using our services, you accept that there’s a possibility of unintended changes.
We take great care, but Max Revive will not be liable for any loss in value or condition unless required under UK law (including cases of negligence).
